Supply of extra medication to last if needed for few days as its usually difficult to get urgent appointment with GP. It is really helpful to have his. So thank you very much.

All doctors staff and carers they are very good. They are very co-operative with any kind of issues when I need to concern they are really very supportive.

I think not necessary because whatever their service is properly satisfied.

All staff, not just nursing and medical staff were all friendly and accommodating. Meals were changed if not suitable and the whole ward was very clean. All staff answered my questions about care thoroughly nursing staff made me feel very settled even when I was not feeling too bright, reassuring.
Suggested improvements
Unfortunately there was an incident in the night which was very scary and did feel that I felt quite vulnerable.
It would have been nice to have had a bit of reassurance after the event.

Nursing staff could not do enough for you and kept you inform when they could nurse Larissa and student nurse fron were fantastic and very helpful and kind.
Suggested improvements
Theaters need to update the wards when they are running behind. So the patient can be kept informed.
